Our mom was beautiful after weeks of pain and suffering. To see her like she always looked as a heart lifter. Thank you Hill & Wood staff. You made this time so much better than even expected! Everyone at H&W was supportive and respected our wishes. Our mom made advance funeral arrangements and this made decisions so much easier. At both church and graveside, staff were totally attentive to our family’s needs. All staff at H&W did an exceptional job of carrying out our mom’s wishes and supporting the family. Their caring attitude contributed to a beautiful celebration of life four our mom.

I am grateful to Jen Caruso and Stephen Christianson for the ways they supported me and my family after my husband's sudden passing. Everything was done with care and consideration. Their calm attention helped all of of us through a difficult time—locating the correct spot for burial, dealing with the staff at the cemetery, writing and posting the obituary, ordering and setting up the tents, ordering the flowers, acting as ushers yesterday, playing the music—every single detail was handled in a timely and professional manner but still, with reassuring warmth and kindness. We could not have done it without them. We felt a genuine connection with both of them and were deeply grateful that they both attended the service. That gave us a great deal of comfort. We could not have asked for more.

When my brother passed away suddenly, H&W stepped up and took care of him. They were very professional and made sure the body was shipped to St.Louis for his burial. Heather helped me understand the cost and services was very helpful!
